Would any of you guys be interested in a 2K sim league if i put one together? 30 teams 30 owners. Fantasy Draft style.

I will use the updated rosters with the rookies from this passed draft as well (my 2k rosters has everyting up to date) Only problem is that my 2k disk has a ring around it, which causes the disk not to read all the time. I plan on getting it fixed this weekend.

Injurys will be on, you will be able to set your own rotations and play whatever style of basketball you like. You can trade and sign FA. Player Progression will be on.

Not likely. I ran things through 2K for the last one but it was taken out for this one. I don't see many people OKing it.

Im not talking about running it through a sim, im talking about a completely differnt thing.

I want 29 other users to pick 29 teams. Then we will do a draft and do it fantasy draft style, everyone be in the chatroom.

And then i will run an assotiation, every day i will update.

I hope bishnykfan is around to make his selection at some point...I just don't understand why some of these GM's just won't email or PM their draft pick if they're not going to be around.

Same feeling here. I'm glad Bluest, swiss, you and I are prompt - pretty sure as soon as Bish picks or is skipped, we'll knock these picks out.

Yup, just like the first rounds, it got to us, we knocked out crazy picks in little time.

Just a heads up...Bluest called it a night, but will make his selection first thing in the morning. I will most likely email him to make my selection for me as well, as I'll be sleeping like a baby especially considering I'm here on the West Coast.

I tried getting Bluest's pick out of him, in case bish so happened to make his selection within the next few hours...but he's still tossed between 2 guys and wanted to see how bish's pick may effect his strategy.

That was not a good value pick by bish selecting Carl Landry with his 3rd. He would have been better off trading down for my 4th & 5th and picking him there where he would have most certainly been available.

It's not about numbers after a trade to the lowly Kings, it's about value. Any team that has Landry as their 3rd option/3rd best player will most likely be a losing team.

I probably agree with you, just like any team that has Josh Smith as a second option or Russell Westbrook as a first option would be a losing team. Unfortunately I am not sure when your third pick is #83 what player is going to make you a winning team?

I like Landry, his age and contract, as well as the way he fits in my frontcourt next to the athletic Smith. I think at this stage of the draft is when he should/would go anywhere from mid round three to early round four. I look forward to seeing what player selected from here on in makes any team that didn't get a top ten pick a winning team. I was hoping Oden, Scola or maybe even Monta Ellis dropped, but considering who is left I will take my chances with Landry.

Anyway, thanks for the feedback and good luck with the rest of the draft. I am driving home from Maine this morning so if you want to finalize that trade you ok'd last night, we can do so later today.

I logged into my mail to get an update from Swiss scratch what was stated... the previous post has been edited. He's going a different route and will make his own pick. If something comes up I can vouch for who he wanted later.
