Westbrook/Roy/Ariza/Zach Randolph/Marc Gasol

This is probably one of the best starting five lineups, pretty young, with 2 All-Star and 3 nice prospects,Westbrook is a Top guard in the west and he has room to improve,B-Roy has been the leader of the Trailblazers since he was drafted and he fits perfectly with Russell.Ariza is a solid defender who proved himself in the playoffs with the Lakers and now he has taken a new role in the Rockets as one of the leaders.

Zach Randolph and Marc Gasol is one of the best big man-duos in the league,Zach is a prolific scorer who showed a wonderful rebounding ability this year, and he hasn´t been the cause of any problem.Marc is my Spaniard and he is probably one of the best centers in the NBA right now,he has a nice shot from 4-5 meters and he plays with intensity and ferocity.

And then I will speak about my solid bench :),you have an all-star team, well I have an all defensive team

fatlever wrote:@ ballteacher - you have the sacramento kings frontline as your starters. nuff said. jason thompson would be the 6th best big man on my roster. holla.

even with griffin coming off major knee surgery he should be starting over thompson.

yes, the **** talking has begun!!!!

You're right Fat, the talking has begun, and I'll let you know Griffin just needs to show me a good week of play and I fully expect him to start. I think Thompson, Bargnani, Earl Smith and Stuckey will all have big seasons. Look at how my team is constructed, I have a unstoppable penetrating pg with a deadly mid range game, I have a athletic SG that is a 3point threat, I have Rudy Gay who can do everything offensively including finishing on the break, I have Cousins who will be a double digit rebounder and will be getting at least 15 pts a game as a rookie, and my power forwards will give you different looks, Griffin will be a scoring machine, Thompson is a rebounder, and Charlie V can stretch the floor and get buckets. I haven't seen one team yet that will be close to hanging with my guys. The worst part is I don't even have my whole squad yet, you guys are in trouble.

Stun704, sorry man, but your pick of Goran Dragic should either be moved from non-European player to European player or removed altogether. Goran is from Slovenia and this is the wikipedia description given of Slovenia " Slovenia, officially the Republic of Slovenia ....is a country in Central Europe touching the Alps and bordering the Mediterranean. Slovenia borders Italy on the west, the Adriatic Sea on the southwest, Croatia on the south and east, Hungary on the northeast, and Austria on the north."
This is a brief wikipedia bio on Goran. "Dragić grew up in Slovenia playing soccer. However, an injury forced him to switch sports. As a child in Europe, he admired NBA players Michael Jordan, Allen Iverson and now-teammate Steve Nash, and woke up at 3 in the morning to watch NBA games.[5] He is fluent in Slovenian, Serbo-Croatian, Spanish, and English. Dragić has a brother, Zoran, who plays professional basketball for Geoplin Slovan Ljubljana in Slovenia.["

I originally picked Gragic in the european catagory, but for some reason he was put as non-european on the official list so i just went with it, i have no problem with him being move to european on the official list, cuz that was my original intentions.
