Melo's House for Sale?

Post#1 » by manchambo » Wed Aug 11, 2010 5:39 pm

I haven't seen this reported, but this listing http://www.recolorado.com/Search/proper ... ber=897465, seems to be for Melo's house. It is in the neighborhood he lives in, and the listing says it is a "famous athlete's" house. I happened across it today because I'm looking for a house in that general area (though not, obviously, in the same neighborhood).

Probably shouldn't read too much into it, but it seemed interesting to me given his contract situation.

yeah its been on the market for a few weeks now, it is Melo's. Knicks fans will make a big deal out of it, but it sounds more like they want something closer to the city and probably not as much land to deal with (current home is a horse ranch with a barn). He also bought the house before he had kids, so that is probably a factor as well.

It's apparently been on sale for months, and has been beaten to death already.

if you have a melo trade idea, put it in the melo trade thread.

if you have some random stuff about melo leaving, put it in the 'melo extension' thread.

otherwise it's getting locked/deleted/moved.
