Kyler Weaver has great potential that needs to be brought by that special coach that can help. If he didn't have the potential I am sure he wouldn't have gotten picked to join the NBA. I believe when the pressure of money, fame, and attention gets turned up some tend to get blinded from being patient and trying to work out the kinks. Success don't come over night. I admire Phil Jackson NBA coach for the Lakers. He has helped his players over the years to become better and more successful regardless. His coaching skills and history as a coach speaks for itself. I personally think the new and old coahes/GM's and upcoming NBA teams ought really learn from him. I am sure his boss or GM allows Phil to let his special skills shine to help him be more successful as a coach. Say what you wanna say bout Phil, but the man has a history of winning championships not just with the Lakers. Don't think the names of the team won them the championships, but the skills that was brought out with patience and time from the coach. Coaches should focus more on building up the players to make them become better in order to have a success winning streak.
