Bluest, any interest in Blatche for your squad?

Liking some of your guards!

I doubt it. All this means is that GMs wanted him to fall that far. No worries he's off the board. The separation in talent at this point isn't great by any means. There are tons of players available still. No way I'm drafting a player like Corey Magette who makes $10/yr or Barbosa who were recently picked. Yeah I could have went big but at some point I need a backup 3. Landry was rated by a major online sport venue as the 6th best rookie prospect this summer. If he's as good as a lot of fans say he is well no way he last until round 10.

He's off the board so like SLAUGHTERHOUSE said Move On....

My response to lj4pp....

No genuine interests in dealing none of my players. If I were I'd ask for crazy deals like I have been proposed or were countered with throughout this B.A.T. I'm good with what I have, if it isn't good enough so be it. I'm trying to have a little fun with this primarily. Some of us have inverted teams and that may be how things end up oh well

There are some very good point guards still available and I have my eyes on a couple of them.

Thanks

Bluest is building a championship bound roster Kahn style. :o

TBH though... Bluest... what is your plan? Looking at your DC it doesn't look like you're going to play Nelly ball, so how are you going to give all your guys 25-30+ minutes? What about your front court?

1) He's just messing around.

2) He's gonna trade all those gaurds to teams that don't have any good ones.

I know that mags is gone so can either moo or 2k2 update the draft selection thread. It is getting hard to follow who has been selected.

Thanks.

It's called spreading out my depth so when I go through a Sim I remain healthy and productive over the course of a season. Notice I picked later in the draft and skipped a round so with that being said if I'm drafting too many point guards this would imply too many GMs are passing on them and don't have a solid plan either with an imbalanced team full of bigs. You do understand the NBA is a guard driven league right?

Wow...the top 2 guys on my list were Dudley and Battier. I guess I got some work to do before my next pick.

You have 5/6 players on your team that need that ball to be effective. How are they going to share it? How are they going to be ok with not getting their minutes? Who's going to be the reciprocal of the PnR? How are they going to get their assists? Monta and T-Will are your starting 2/3's and they both need the ball to be effective. I don't get it. I'm really looking forward to seeing your team plot/layout.

Last time I checked Simming doesn't take into account the emotional feelings of players. They are just digital images moving around on a screen, they aren't real people you know this right. My depth is undecided as I posted this a while back I have the player position posted as I picked them. Monta might have to come off the bench. We'll see what happens in the latter rounds. Monta played pretty well with Baron and Kirk played fairly well with Rose/Gordon/Salmons although he did have to sacrifice some minutes.
