Please tell me what you liked about him and what you disliked about him. Thanks.

Pros: Good hair, tried hard, decent 3 pt shooter

Cons: Not terribly talented, Michael Curry tried to use him to defend players like Granger

Definitely good hair, very fabio like.
He was a very unique player. Had some unorthodox moves, but most of the time it panned out ok.
Good 3pt shooter. Good size. alsways tried hard.

It would be nice if we had a spot for him, but really don't.

That's what I thought, would he be a better starter or coming off the bench?

No one in their right mind would start him.

Herrmann actually played defense pretty well against more mobile forwards like Dirk. He just got pushed around by stronger guys like Granger.

He's a good option off the bench. He'll make some nice moves along the baseline and hit the occassional 3. We just needed more out of our backup forward (mostly more defense and better rebounding). Jonas actually fits this to a tee.

Herrmann isn't a bad player, he's just not very good. He's a solid 10-12th man. He's a nice kid though and works hard. It's a shame he hasn't gotten more looks around the NBA considering some of the guys filling up the end of benches.

I always thought he was a fun player to watch. A little hyperactive and twitchy on the floor, but fun. You could always tell he was trying hard, the Palace always erupted whenever he did anything good, and he had those sweet scoop layups around the rim.

He's a fun player to bring off the bench. He can hit an open shot, has huge hands that allow him to have those really cool scoop layups at the rim (as ParrottK said), and he gives effort and hustles.

I agreed with Liq, he's a very solid middle to end of the bench guy, and an automatic fan favorite.

His finger roll layups are worth the roster spot alone. and damn if he isn't man-pretty

I got nothing bad to say about Herrmann. Good forward with a unique skillset, capable of playing big minutes and giving 100% effort during his time on the court.

i like that he is a lot better than sasha vujacic...

huge hands and a nice finger roll, great hustle and tried hard. should get more minutes than he does... hopefully finds a team that can better utilize him

doesnt have enough strength to play the position

See this guy should play for the Knicks, the New York media would love him, and he could shoot all the threes he wanted, and those crazy dr j layups in Dantoni's system. Seriously doesn't that franchise deserve to give there fans a player like this.
