I still don't understand the point of this trade. The Rockets traded their best defensive guard for Lee. It doesn't make sense to me. If Battier gets injured, their perimeter defense is going to be nonexistent.

first, Ariza is not a guard, his ball handling skill is worse than Head
second, you sounded like Lee and Taylor can't guard anyone in this league
Lee got in Magic starting lineup because of his defense
third, Ariza defense is overrated because he has a ring

On a positive note, notice how much higher his SHOULDERS are than Alston's. That's more important than where his head ends. From experience, blocking shots with your face sucks. Soccer style, baby!

Head is 6'2" barefoot
Lee is probably around 6'3"-6'3.5" barefoot, with 2-3 pairs of those nba brand socks, he's 6'5" in shoes
btw that's about the same size as OJ Mayo

I can co-sign this, you guys got a very good, smart defender in Lee.

I know more than a few fans who would trade Carter back for him, straight up.

I doubt Lee is more than 6'4. He usually got burned by bigger guards while he played for the Magic, don't know how he did with the Nets. I think he's an awesome defender when the guy he's guarding is below 6'5, though.

while I don't really see finals, I got chills when I heard them say it. they are confident, and hopefully they bring some chemistry. really, really like lee. since the draft. really wanted him then.

ariza lost us games, imo.

I watch many his games last season. This guy shoots good 3 point. And can break through.
