Nice pick. I always liked Childress. Getting him this late is nice work by you.

His newly inked contract is what gave me second thoughts about selecting him. He was on my big board.

Ehh, hes still relatively young. With the right point guard he would be an alleyoop machine.

I liked your pick too Bluest. I think Hill fell on everyones board because we have a bad taste in our mouth but I think Hill is an excellent pick here. He was on my shortlist of players here.

I think I see what happened. I believe Moocow did this in an earlier round with Caron Butler. While he found it funny as did a couple others and maybe you find it funny....I don't at all find this funny and this is just another thing that has to stop in the next B.A.T.....

Stop placing guys on your roster before picks and trades are made official. I know there's lots of communication going on in the background but until all agreed upon terms are brought here to be made official..... putting players on your roster in advance is wack.

I was editing the depth charts and you had Maynor listed on your squad in you Sig a while ago.

Eh? What? What did I do with Butler? I picked Butler at 11:40am, the Bulls had until 11:39am for exclusivity. You mean when I responded to LJ4pointplay this WHILE WE WERE WAITING FOR MUGZI TO PICK RIGHT BEFORE ME?

I'm drafting him.

1. I had no idea who LJ was going to pick (was just trying to play around with him).
2. But even if I did, what does it matter? He couldn't trade for Mugzi's pick since it was already on the board by the time I made that comment. So unless he was going to trade with me, it wouldn't have mattered (and I wouldn't have traded even if he wanted to). And believe me, we picked Butler cause he was CLEARLY the best player left at the time (only guy I would have taken ahead of Butler was Wesley Johnson but he was taken just a few spots ahead of me) and not to block anyone from getting him (if that's what you're concern is).

Nice pick Smoke. Scottie Brooks is not only a great coach but he can be that backup point guard you need.

Smh. I made a post saying I'm willing to trade up because I seen Jermaine was available and now he's gone. I'm absolutely stunned that the man wasn't picked already. He has a friendly contract and there are a ton of players that were picked ahead of him that isn't close to being as good as him, such as Ben Wallace and Amir Johnson.

Jermaine O'Neal $5,765,000 $6,226,200

Ben Wallace $2,080,000 $2,246,400

Amir Johnson's contract is bad though. But I guess out of those 3, JO can make a layup consistently.

However, the playoff series against Boston hurts his stock.

Jermaine O'Neal is a good defender and still a solid offensive player. Making the MLE isn't a bad thing when the choices are Jermaine for 6 and Wallace for 2. Wallace isn't Jermaine and its always a good thing to have a big man that can give you something on both ends of the floor. When the salary is that low for the three players, there really isn't a reason to choose the other 2 over Jermaine.

Don't you worry about Amir. He has his place on our team.
