What holds this team from being perfect? The quality of big men available this late. This is definitely a contender and has some serious pieces. Wade has a good amount of shooters around him with Blake, Hawes, Nate and QRich. I love the scoring and fit. I dont like soft big men like Hawes but Dengs rebounding helps seriously with this. Everyone fits. Solid gameplan on the team. Clear direction which always helps. Bench isnt done but two good pieces there.

Future: 6/10

When I think of future, I think of 5 year plan. This team in five year should still have Wade plus some of it major pieces hitting 30s. Thats young but with the loss of Timmy and some players it hurts.

Cap: 9/10

No bad contracts. Some a little overpaid but worth it.

New Orleans Hornets B.A.T- 4.0

PG - Stephen Curry /Lou Williams
SG - Manu Ginobili/ Stephen Curry
SF - Ron Artest / Travis Outlaw
PF - Shawn Marion /Amir Johnson
C - Joakim Noah /Ronny Turiaf

Win now: 10/10

This team has a perfect amount of scoring and defense. Everyone has a clear fit in this team. Great amount of playmaking in the back. Great bench also. Great job. IMO one of the favorites for the championship. PS. Great assistant GM.

Future: 8/10

Amir is 23, Noah is 24 or 25. Curry, Outlaw, Williams all very young. Nice job.

Cap: 7/10

2-3 questionable cap moves but personally I like them. Still good but not great cap management since Outlaw, Amir and Marion have pretty big contracts.

25/30 = 83%

Guys if you could leave the Google Docs in more of Depth Chart Format instead of grouping the picks together in a random appearance order. I assume whoever updated the doc was organizing the picks in the order in which they were selected to the team, which is okay but IMO I think it's better to put them in DC format(which I could be somewhat off in organizing...please correct if so) since not all GMs are posting their teams nor DCs in their Sigs yet. This helps when looking at rosters.... what teams have what positions filled, and setting up potential trades if possible.

Basically the format on cells is

1 cell=pg
2 cell=g
3 cell=sf
4 cell=pf
5 cell=c
6 cell=pg
7 cell=g
8 cell=sf
9 cell=pf
10 cell=c
11 cell=preference
12 cell=preference
13 cell=preference

THANKS!

Don't see why not. Would be like trading any other drafted player/pick. So sure.

Great! Thanks.

Sorry mags just pulled an emperor move and out ranked me on this. No trading coaches.

Where's that google doc again?

Here you go Moocow

Google Doc Teams Chart

Multiple users can obviously update this at the same time. I'm trying to verify all picks are updated on Doc. Hopefully you see what I'm getting at and agree to follow my suggestion if possible. I've already undone the Chart 2 times in efforts to keep it structured as so.

It's been altered in some many different ways. At first I saw the roster filling out by BPP(Best Player Picked), then Random, then by Pick Selection, then DC, then Pick Selection, and now back to DC again.

I prefer Depth Chart format

I'm leaning towards passing to be honest but I do have a 2 picks coming up so it will be last minute but not when I actually pick. Keep an eye out if you haven't found anything or still maintain interests. With what we still have left to do, it's going to be tough for me to come off anything at this point.

Is one of these supposed to be the Magic's 12th round pick (i.e. the Noah trade) and just number incorrectly???

^Correct.

newera wrote:^ It seems there was an error made on my behalf when posting the trade. Smoke's 12th round selection is #334 NOT #387 which is his 13th....So the Hornets actually acquired pick #334.

My bad Smoke.

However, I actually ended up acquiring #387 in the trade second below. Hope this solves everything.
