Delonte without the baggage = Maybe.
A taller Delonte without the baggage and plays PF = Yes.

The Pacers don't really need a guy like West because hes not going to make or break this team and doesn't play a posistion they really need (Can't see him as a 4 or 5).

If he'll come cheap, definitely yes! Even if he looks like the Tim Duncan out of Wake Forest on his draft day.
