For Christ's sakes people are actually analyzing this fun little pickup outting? They're out there having fun with Raptor fans! Genuine, no BS goofing, just kicking it with the people who pay to see them play. That's AWESOME. More NBA players should get out do fun **** like this in their communities and they won't end up egomaniacal jackasses like LeBron.

Next year if DeMar blows up into an allstar caliber player, people who were there can say they scrimmaged with DeMar Derozan, NBA allstar. How many people can say that? I think it's great.

I am being serious. Look at the DeMar at the 37sec mark of the second video. You can tell he wants to blow by that guy, but he can't go more than one dribble to his left. I'm not trying to pick on the guy. I can tell he wants to get there, which is good, but I can see he's not there yet.

I was the guy that actually got SONNY and Demar out to the pavilion and actually was the random 5th guy that got to play o ntheir team whcih was such a n awesome experience .... way more nerve wracking then i thot considering im out there at the gym playing everyday.... i basically just asked them on twitter.... i got some pretty good vids.... take a look below..... the first one is just an AMAZING and1 move sonny pulled on some kid... second one has some D from the raptor young gunz including a block which sonny hit the ball so hard away from the kid it made him fall to the floor (from my angle on the floor it looked a lot nastier than from the camera angle).... last one just shows sonnys athleticism with his ease of beign able to dunk it thru the legs

LOL that first one is hilarious. Some kid tried to dribble through Sonnys legs and he took that personal, called the kid back to cover him on d and embarassed him. Priceless.

lol i love that they played on the same team, and didnt look like they were taking it easy. well, let me rephrase, they were just having fun, but it wasnt like they were letting kids beat them like you might against your little cousin or something. also, ive said it before, but it deserves to be said again - ive never seen guys here as much in teh summer as these two guys

Holy sh*t! So rare you see a move you've never seen before. That move Sonny pulled in the first vid was wicked. And of course it only works because he made the shot and believe it was actually a 3. So sweet.

I know NBA stars can't do this due to security and what not.. But if more NBA players were doing this and playing at random gyms, it would take fan and player relations to a whole new level. MIght even generate more money for the team.
