Ariza is too streaky and takes too many bad shots in general (as shown by his play last year in Houston)l Walker is a solid shooter no doubt but he can't really take players off the dribble and create for himself; Morrow is a very good shooter, but like Mason, he can't do anything else. You have a solid shooting team, but aside from Kidd, you don't have anybody else who can create shots for other players. (Kidd doesn't really create shots for himself either). Your biggest whole is not having someone who can create shots for himself.
That's why when I was the GM of the Raptors (now I'm the assistant GM of the Hawks because I went on vaca...really last minute), I went with JJ with my first pick and Al Jeff with my second. I was picking between JJ and Iggy for the first slot because both can create shots for themselves and other players...I ended up going with JJ because I thought he would have been a better fit for my team (which would have been similar to the Triangle but a little faster paced after I traded a few players).
You have a solid team, but nothing special in my opinion...if swing a trade to get a perimeter player who can create for himself/his team, then your team would be a lot better. All championship teams have that kind of player (aside from the Pistons)...be it MJ, Kobe, Pierce, Parker, what have you. You need someone who can do the job that those players did in order to win the championship.
