We'll continue the same program we had going last year, with a 13-team "Premier" A-League and a 13-team "Development" B-League. If there is enough interest we can look at creating a third league that would have a similar promotion system with the second league, that the second league has with the first. The Magic board for example does it this way with 3 teams.
First I will list the posters who are "eligible" for the Premier and Development leagues. The top 3 from the D-League are now eligible for the Premier League, while the bottom 3 from the Premier League can only claim a spot in the D-League. If you are new (not eligible for either league) please post as well either saying you check PMs regularly or providing an e-mail address. You'll be put on the waiting list and then as people don't accept their eligible spot, you'll be placed and then we can look at creating a third league if there are enough people.
If people don't claim their Premier League spots they'll be filled by D-League eligible people. If people don't claim D-League spots they will be filled from the wait list, with Suns board members given priority.
About the draft:
-The draft will take place on the forum, much like the Build-a-Team game that is going on now. We will give 8 hours per pick with separate threads for each league. The league managers will enter picks onto rosters in Yahoo Fantasy Basketball, and after the draft the league will be run fully through Yahoo.
