So what is your point of this then? To add 42 minutes of garbage time to games? The game already has trouble putting sufficient talent (regardless of colour, ethnicity or nationality) to fill 30 teams with 15 players and you want to add 42 minutes to each game and add about 10 roster spots to every team.

This is clearly the dumbest idea ever.

Yes, and put some real baskets on a stick at 11.5 ft, put 4 women in every teams, dribbling is not allowed (so no selfish play) and a player may not attempt to score when defended. I think that will be great!
