can do :D :D

considering how brutal this August schedule looked, it's amazing to see they did quite well through it all (i'm assuming they'll at least split the series with the Tigers)

Wow I can't believe how good this team is doing I guess I am ready for my heaping crow plate now. Bautista is a machine the guy just has been the best power hitter in the last 9-10 months of baseball and this team is really starting to play some great baseball. Cecil has been a beast against the AL East this year he's 7-1 with a 2.30 ERA or something like that which is insane.

I have a feeling that Romero, Cecil and Marcum are going to be something special to watch soon enough. Add in Marc Rzepczynski and Casey Janssen and I think you might have a top 3-4 starting 5 in a few years if not now.

Always a great day when Toronto beats up on the Yanks and the Red Sox's loose in the same day.

Rzep won't start for any contending team. i don't think he has the stuff to be a good pitcher. He's probably a 4th or 5th starter on a bad team. he MAY make the Jays next year for long relief.

Janssen will stay as relief. no chance he will be a starter unless Tallet goes and we need a flipflopper to put in as a starter.

next year, you pencil in Marcum, Cecil, Romero and Morrow. If you bring in Drabek as your 5th starer...wow....them is a nice rotation

Theres nothing I enjoy more then taking a series from the Yankees. This team is great to watch. I'm giddy as a freshmen schoolgirl about the future with this lineup.
That's what she said.
