Strasburg needs surgery; Out 12-18 months

No one posts on the Nats board. Just what we needed. John Wall and Alex Ovechkin need to be placed in a hyperbaric chamber.

Well, the Wizards curse didn't just die. There was too much positive vibrations. It just relocated is all.

Yeah I gave up a long time ago on that one!

Tim Hudson and Francisco Liriano are two guys who have come back real well from TJ's that are doing work this year. Actually Nats pitcher Jordan Zimmermann just came back from TJ surgery this season so he should be able to help Strasburg through the process.

It really sucks that Strasburg is gone for over a year. Although hopefully at that time, the rest of the team will be improved to a point they are chasing the play-offs.

He'll come back with a stronger arm than he has now. Tommy John surgery isn't a career killer in baseball like it is in football.
