Regarding the interview, tWas good overall. Hopefully Fish begins to like that more than chasing young guards so he can go sooner rather than later. 3 year contract says a lot about the organization and it taking care of it's own.

+1...Beside even in the real world we must give ourselves some leverage. You may be at a job that you like but you probably wouldn't want to tie yourself to it if it wasn't to your advantage long term.

Yeah I agree, guys get too caught up in wanting things to be on lock forever.
