For all the praise they get, this Greek team hasn't been very impressive in their last 2-3 outings. I expect them to win this game but their lack of athleticism is glaring. Diamantidis is supposedly a lockdown defender but he's getting blasted by screens right now. Barea is getting wherever he wants.

Yeah, the Greeks haven't started the tournament all that well. That said, I think Puerto Rico are probably better than they get credit for.

Fascist greeting by Libano??

I´ve read this (there is a pic)
http://www.marca.com/2010/08/28/opinion ... 28762.html
It´s in spanish, but it says that the supporters from Libano did that, maybe it´s a misunderstand, I hope.
Sorry for my English ;)

Wow Germany leading Serbia 56-54 after 3Q. :o Even if they totally crash in Q4, nice continuation of their good Argentina game.

And people say the NBA is the only place where bad reffing takes place.

Wasn't pretty, but we took down Puerto Rico 83-80 and are 2-0. Calathes playing like a little bitch so far in this tourney.
Refs were piss poor for both teams.

1:40 left, GER leads 69-66. :o Now to the part where Germany usually sucks, the last minute of the game... :X

21s left, still GER 69 - SER 66. SER ball, wow.

Both teams just trading horrible TOs. Germany usually rules in this, but Serbia is fighting "valiantly", too.

OVERTIME!!! SER hits the 3, 69 all. :(

Still, I am already proud of our young team. Our outside shooting forwards are just KILLING Serbia. We are shooting 3s at a 40% clip, what about that?

Man, our guards cannot draw a foul even if you gave them a truckload of crayons.
