What if I can't find his salary anywhere? I know he was on the Celtics last year, but he's not on the list of players on hoopshype.

Finley's last contract was with the Celtics. It was a prorated $2.5M contract. He's currently a free agent. Unless he signs (likely for the vet minimum) I think the rules are that we use the players salary in his last NBA contract year as his salary.

EDIT: It was $1.9M prorated. So I would say that he's a vet minimum guy.

We use both ShamSports (which takes precedence), and Hoopshype. Check the Celtics (real live ones).

Just checked ShamSports and I found Finley under cap holds or 854,389...not signed yet? When I release him, that's going to count against me because he doesn't have a clear-cut salary?

$1.9 M (I was wrong originally)...so it's better. Almost vet minimum.

Oh I see what you're trying to do. You were gonna get that certain center and plug him in your lineup as a starter and slide Noah over to PF as an in-house solution to your starting PF woes. Shrewd! lol

Wrong! lol...That center would have been another backup. I like my power forward to have an inside out game, so Noah doesn't really fit the bill. I love him at the center position though. He can bang with the best of them.

Yep. Once Roster are Locked I'll get that Up. The Judges won't have time to read mini-Novels, so there will be limits to what you can post.

This is why I made one specifically for RealGM. I'd never use my personal email for this.

Lol it's not big deal with me...I only use this email for the BAT. Everything else I use my school email address.

Its not a big deal. no important mail goes there for me anyway. its just website memberships and this.
