Umm, considering he won 46 games as a rookie PG while being the 2nd youngest player in the league, the above comment doesn't make a whole lot of sense and reeks of hate.
How does it reek of hate? Let's not pretend that Jennings carried the Bucks to the playoffs..he was a very mediocre third option behind Bogut and Salmons. I can recall a number of games off the top of my head where Jennings would be 3/14 or 2/11 or something bad along those lines. But lets just forget about all that and say Jennings has superstar potential
I said if Brandon Jennings is your teams best player, that particular team is in trouble. If that means I'm hating on him, I'm also hating on the majority of players in the league.
Regarding the Parker comparisons, Parker was a pretty inefficient scorer in his first season as well, in addition to having a lower assist rate than Jennings did last year, and IMO playing worse D. Parker is/was better at finishing at the rim, so we'll see what happens with Jennings there.
That's the biggest thing. Parker has always been pretty damn crafty around the rim, and can finish among the trees. Since Jennings isn't strong enough to absorb the contact, or crafty/talented enough to finish among bigger defenders, he'll continue to be poor in this regard unless he makes some major adjustments.
