Why is China even in the FIBA Tournament? They fail at basketball. Too slow. Too weak.

If New Zealand wins by 12 or more, here's the bracket:
Serbia/Croatia vs. Spain/Greece
Turkey/France vs. Slovenia/Australia
Other half:
USA/Angola vs. Russia/New Zealand
Lithuania/Puerto Rico vs. Argentina/Brazil

If New Zealand wins by 11 points or less, here's the bracket:
Serbia/Croatia vs. Spain/Greece
Turkey/New Zealand vs. Slovenia/Australia
Other half:
USA/Angola vs. Russia/France
Lithuania/Puerto Rico vs. Argentina/Brazil

No brainer for me. France and NZ are out in the first round. Turkey vs Spain and USA vs Brazil semifinals. Spain vs USA finals.

france tried to get Turkey on purpose, and they did. I guess they forgot the two games from 2 years ago where they lost by +30 with Parker running their show.
