10 Wins, sub 4.00 ERA

Does anyone know when was the last time we had 4 out of our 5 starting pitchers with at least 10 wins and a sub 4.00 ERA? Seems like a pretty impressive feat for our starters. We will just about have that this year, with Morrow probably hovering a little bit over 4.00 considering today is his last start. But even 4 out 5 having 10+ wins seems pretty good in itself.

All the Rays starters this year have 10+ wins, and only two of them have ERA's over 4, so Im guessing its not that exclusive...but im still proud of our young guys this year.
