Depends on the scoring categories involved. I like some of your picks and your team should be fairly solid, but I do think that the squad needs some work overall.

What I Like
- Grabbing Kobe at 8, since every year people seem to think it's the year his value goes down, but he continues to be a stud.
- Drafting randolph in the 7th round. I've seen him go as high as the 4th round in some drafts. He's primed for a big year.

What I don't like
- Lots of uncertainty with some of your players. Owning both Yao and Arenas. Especially as your 5th and 6th best players is a recipe for disaster. Neither of them have even played half a season in a LONG time. What are you going to when they go down? Let alone you have Dunleavy on your roster as well.
- Owning Dwight Howard in a roto league if free throw percentage is a category. With him on your roster you are virtually guarenteed to finish last or 2nd last in that category. Sure there are other bad free throw shooters, but none that get to the line as much as he does.

If you plan on punting free throws then you MUST give yourself the best chance possible to win in every single category to help make up the loss. The way your team is set up, that will not happen...Your turnovers are weak with Kobe, Derrick, Dwight, and Arenas. Your assists basicly rely on rose and if Arenas stays healthy. Your threes are probably average as you do have some decent shooters. Your bigman categories fg%, reb, blk) will be solid though, if Yao stays healthy and paired with Dwight then your basicly set.

I would target a premier point guard to help get you an advantage in assists. Preferably someone that can hit a good amount of threes. Maybe dangle Kobe for someone like Nash, Kidd, Deron and some nice sweetner.

Hope that helps
