I think that is a fair trade, I think Big Ben will have a better year than Mcnabb, Witten will have a better year than Daniels, Bush and Brown will probably be comparible (Brown is not taking Addais job unless he is injured), and who cares about defense.

CBS 12 Team League
Standard Scoring
We'll call this one Team 1

QB - Joe Flacco
RB - Frank Gore
RB - Ryan Grant
WR - Roddy White
WR - Donald Driver
WR - Derrick Mason
TE - Heath Miller
K - Adam Vinatieri
D - Saints

Bench
Ben Rosthlisberger, Amhad Bradshaw, Justin Forsett, Johnny Knox, Jacoby Jones

There was a guy that didn't show for the draft that ended up with Sidney Rice & Vincent Jackson so I've got a trade into him to see if I can upgrade at WR, but how did my draft go as is?

Really like your RBs. A little thin at WR, though Driver should be solid yet unspectacular as usual. I think Flacco is a little overrated, but you should be fine at QB since you picked up Big Ben as backup. People seem to be really high on Flacco and really low on Cutler, though I think they will both wind up being about even. Heath Miller is pretty meh.

If the opportunity comes along, yeah I'd try to improve the WRs. I suspect that your best opportunitites would be to include Flacco or Gore in a trade for a WR + QB/RB. But I wouldn't break the bank for a WR, as your team looks solid.

Really like this team. Bradshaw gives you a backup plan in case Rice/Addai goes down. Jennings and Finley should be the difference makers here. Both are projected to have big years, and very well could, although neither did it last year. Knox and Crabtree are excellent backups. Never been very big on White, but you have a lot of strength around him at WR. Looks like a playoff team to me.

I like the combination of Johnson and Grant at RB. Smart of you to pick one of the safer starting RBs to balance Johnson, who can be streaky for a #1 overall pick.

You are stacked at RB, and have a lot of 2nd tier WRs. I might try to package a combination of Crabtree or Welker plus maybe Jacoby Jones to get another frontline WR. QB looks okay. I think Kolb will be solid, though I might look to package him or Manning to upgrade QB or WR. But this team still looks very good as is.

Looks good at every position. Bradshaw is a luxury coming off the bench, and Forsett has some potential to get a lot of touches depending on how things play out in Seattle. I like the White/Austin combintaion. White strikes me as very good yet unspectacular, while Austin can be thought of as more risk/reward...leaning more towards reward! I feel like Berrian will find a way to get it together, given the opportunity with RIce out. Nice team.

Not a huge fan of Turner, and RB seems a little thin. Addai should be fine, though, as I don't think Brown will take over this year. I'd be a little nervous about the WRs, as I'm not sold on Crabtree, and Mason/Knox/Jones, probably won't be suited for more than a flex role. Seems like a handful of things have to go right for this team to make the playoffs.

Not a huge fan of McFadden or Brown (this year), but your top 3 RBs should be fine. Jerome Harrison had some big games last year, and he has virtually no competition in Cleveland this year.

No backup QB? Ah, you should be alright by picking up a FA on Flacco's bye week. Keep an eye on Matt Moore in Carolina.

WRs look good. I like Crabtree much more as a flex than as a #2.

As far as all of your teams go, you seem to really like Flacco, White, and Crabtree. I'm not that big on any of them, but it's more of a gut feeling and personal preference. I haven't been playing this that long, either, so you might know something I don't. But everyone has guys they like more than others, and they are projected to be just fine for the role they need to play on most of your teams.

Knox and Bradshaw are two other guys you seem to like, and I agree with you. I had them both last year, and they were very nice to bring off the bench. Both seem primed to have even better seasons this year. Good luck!

Hey, I am in a 10 team league. I am only a casual football fan. This is my second year doing fantasy football, I had a poor performance last year so I am looking to be a lot more competitive this year. I had the 7th pick.

I have another draft coming up, so I would appreciate any advice, tips, or players I should pick up or look to avoid.

The guy wanted to just swap defenses, but made the mistake of putting his favorite team (Bears) in his team name, so I told him it was going to cost him extra
