When's the last time you checked? I was messing with it this morning and I am new to the yahoo version but I think I got it covered, I'll go check again. You're awfully antsy to get smoked in some fantasy football, I like it.

Yea, you look set now, although yahoo thinks Justin Tryon isn't worth a tenth of Iggy's contract.

To 76ciology last post to me:

Oh yeah, this thread just got hit with a rebuttal from an unrelated thread from two months ago.

Btw, I noticed looking at that old thread that the guy that always ended every comment in  was now waived, which I guess I missed.

Slightly on the original topic: Mozgov didn't suck today.

Further on topic:

Lithuania: 12-21 3 pointers, Argentina 4 - 20, loos like Lithuania is next.

What I was implying in those posts that I can't see Evan Turner being an elite scorers like Kobe because he lacks the elite length and athleticism that most elite scorers have. And I don't think that anyone would argue that ET wouldn't be an elite scorer like what I believe.

I also think that Kobe is longer than ET, due to his wingspan and not because of his height. Which is true because Kobe's wingspan is said to measured around 6'11".

I never, ever, said that ET was too short to play SG.

Iggy comes up big against Russia. He plays an amazing 13 minutes???? Wow, he carried the team tonight in their biggest game. He then gets benched and they play a 3 guard rotation for the remainder of the game. LOL

Insightful. I going on a limb and saying that you simply read the box score, and didn't bother to watch the game. And its crazy, I mean right, he barely even scored. What a loser!

Sure, sure, he was second in the team in assists, second in offense and total rebounds, and played very nice Defense when out there.

And sure he played that few minutes only because of two very early fouls, and the team fell behind in the second only to go on a run catching up when he came back in, but, coincidences happen.

When there is a game where Iggy gets love on the GB as being one of the better performers for team USA, it is nice to know we have you to remind us that he didn't put up enough stats.

Actually -- if you watched the game and/or cared to be less disingenuous -- you would have more appreciation of his contribution.

Iguodala got two quick fouls early and had to sit most of the first quarter. K put him back in midway (I think) through the second. While he was out we trailed or were even. When he returned, he was instrumental in our taking somewhat control of the game. (Our lead was, however, cut to five before the half.)

In the few (13) minutes he was in, he had 6 points on (2-4), the same as Rose and Odom (who also played a great game), but more efficiently, grabbed important rebounds against their huge front line, and when stuck with a seven footer on a switch directly under the basket, stole the ball.

He was called for his third foul somewhat early in the third and K took him out. Westbrook, although a guard, has been his replacement lately. He got burned on some steal attempts in the first half but, quite frankly, was awesome in the second. He may have been almost as important to the win as Durant, who scored whenever we needed it. Russell had three mid-court steals which he converted to breakaway baskets, which I think put the game all but out of reach. His hot hand, and a smart coach sticking with what is working, are primarily why Iggy was not needed.

Having watched all the games, it is my belief that Dre is like K's "Linus Blankie". He wants him in when we are in trouble. He has been consistent in this regard for the whole tournament. Conversely, he recognizes that Iguodala is a consummate team player not worried about stats or ego, which allows him to give playing time to others when we are able. Having Durant on the floor most of the game allows him such luxuries.

In summary, and as always, I totally disagree.

EDIT: Sorry Hartford. I didn't see your post.

i'm not surprised by this, lol. u cant argue anything else so nitpick that i used the wrong wordage of what you said instead of saying exactly what you wrote from two months ago off the top of my head. i mean, i could do the same thing to you by you changing "elite size" to "elite length" but that would be petty. yah see what happens when people try to flip flop and change their stories to win a argument or discussion...misunderstandings.

for the record: Evan Turner's wingspan is 7 feet....Kobe's is 6'11". ET's wingspan is even lengthier than Michael Jordon's. he's longer and taller than both. so that shoots your ET doesnt have the elite length/size BS out the water anyway. so please don't focus on ET length to flip flop this time. focus on you attacking his athleticism again to try and prove your BS point you pulled out your bum. because the length one fell through. do you research anything or do you just guess and hope for the best?

the guy is probably frustrated in life and needed a target to take out his anger on, guess he just choosed the "highest" paid Sixer to pick on lol

personally, I would pick on Stefanski or Billy King before I even nitpick Iguodala's game.

I stopped reading when you said that Evan Turner has a 7 feet wingspan and you spelled Jordan's name as Jordon.

You know what you can start researching with? Evan Turner's true wingspan and the correct spelling for Michael's surname. He's kinda famous, you know.

to 76ciology's credit, Turner's wingspan is 6'8", which is the same as Brandon Roy.

However, please stop focusing on 1 thing to make your argument. Wingspan gives you an advantage, but does not limit/automatically affect your capability to score. Other things should be consider such as your offensive/defensive awareness, speed, shooting form/touch, etc.

PS: the correct spelling for Michael's name does not make/break the guy's argument.

Well I hope we don't have to have a big Evan Turner debate now after we just got through the Iguodala one. At least Iguodala is actually a part of Team USA.

Its funny how so many guys on here think that 13 minutes made the game for them and not Durant. I can't wait to have the Sixers start the season and when there are problems with Iggy. The lovers of him will point the finger at other players. I say he is traded by midseason. Anyone want to take the bet? Also, Brand is the highest paid.

focusing on 1 thing to make his argument was actually referring to 76ciology, not you.

one Dedicated gone does not seem to stop the endless argument on Iguodala, which makes this place less fun to be.

Until the season begins, there's really no answer to the argument. It will be up to the players to prove which side is right.

I don't think anyone said Iggy's 13 minutes made the game and not Durant, unless you are referencing your own sarcastic comment. I do think you haven't said anything related to what actually happened in those thirteen minutes.

So, I will go ahead and just repost what I posted earlier, cause you really aren't adding anything new once again:
