Munich vs. Bremen now. Should be a good game. First 10 minutes have already been nice to watch.

Yah, Muller needs to finish all these chances. Butt with a couple of really good saves, the post's been better though.

Arnautovic looks great for Werder btw. Hasn't scored but very active, hustling, plays defense. Their new addition Wesley seems like a nice player as well.

I only saw the second half, but Wesley didn't do much of anything from what I saw. Arnautovic did look really nice and Marin was really strong today. With Hunt they have a really strong young trio.

Munich's D has been awful and their strikers really need to pick it up(muller). I still can't believe they haven't picked up a CB all these years, when was the last time they had a world class defender? You guys think Hietinga is a good option? I really liked him in the WC and was very surprised he was only playing for Everton.

Wolfsburg another loss, they played awful.

He was very active in the 1st half. Liked what I saw for him. Wasn't ready for 90 minutes though. He looked really tired in the 2nd half.

Heitinga is bla. Ok CB but not better than what Munich currently has. He would not be an upgrade over any of those guys. They actually have a world class defender in Phillip Lahm and Lucio was world class a few years back. Even Demichelis had a season where he was an absolute beast. But I agree that they need to buy a CB. Just not Heitinga.

Yeah, Wesley was just out of it by the second half, clearly exhausted. As for the first half what kind of player is he?

Bayern should pilfered one of the young german stud backs to pair with badstuber as the CBs of the future. I understand not being ready to drop all of that cash for Boateng and that they're probably waiting to make a run at Mertesacker, but Westermann is a guy who changed teams and would've become their best centerback, then there's guys like Hummels who they could try and get back who'd be great for their back line.

Hell if I were them I'd have sprung for Boateng and then next year make a big move for Mertesacker to have their backline sealed for years. Boateng and Merte would be such a nasty duo and Badstuber is a guy who'll make a great 3rd CB because he's versatile even though he's slow as dirt. As is those CBs worry me and while Butt's a good solid Keeper he won't be able to stop the elite teams with those guys screwing up in front of him.

Wesley looked like a very versatile player. You found him everywhere on the pitch. Ze Roberto comes to mind as best comparison. He definitely has a lot of potential.
While I've always thought Munich should go after Boateng (or should've just kept Hummels) I'm NOT a fan of Per Mertesacker. Dude is horribly slow (even slower than Badstuber) and he just isn't that good (other than in the air). Top strikers have no trouble beating Mertesacker in the penalty area. In fact I wouldn't do a straight up swap with van Buyten or Demichelis for Mertesacker. Mertesacker has a lot to do with all these goals Werder gets against but he gets hardly ever blamed for that. :D

I like Per but not with any of the current Munich CB's, I wouldn't Mind him if the other guy beside him was fast, and could cover for him atleast. I'm sure Munich would trade Demicheles for anything at this point, he has no place on the team. lol

Ballack is injured again and could be out for 6 weeks, I think it's time for him to step away from the game.

Caught the second half of Munich-Koln. Koln played really good D I thought, but Munich just weren't on top of their game, their crosses were awful. Muller should have done better with that header, lol at Bommel's bicycle kick looking thing, it wasn't even close.

It's going to be a long year without Robben.

Two or three weeks and they will be ready. Basically their entire team played in the WC. They're not fit.

My Lautern boys still look strong, 2-2 vs Hoffenheim and chances to win. Well, 7 points after 4 games, I am not complaining. Mainz is strong and lucky atm, and LMAO at Stuttgart - Gladbach 7-0 though.

With Bayern: after the WC, Müller, Klose, van Bommel, Lahm, Kroos and Schweinsteiger look dead tired, Gomez and Olic are flat, and I don't expect guys like Contento or Badstuber to make the difference. They desperately need to score again, just 2 goals in 4 games is laughable.

They've really been in trouble on the offensive end. That's why I don't get why AS Rome played so defensively in the Championsleague game. They should've had a much better chance to win or draw if they look to score themselves. Munich's defense was kinda instabile but Rome didn't intimidate them at all because they didn't attack. They would've been much better off if they would play a few but well organized counterattacks instead of just attacking with 2 guys. Even Cologne did that better than Rome.

btw. I'm very intrigued by Hoffenheim's new signing Gylfi Sigurdsson. When I heard they were going to buy a guy from Iceland out of the 2nd league in England for 5 mil. € I was like WTF? I watched some youtube and he scored right after being subbed in yesterday. Looks promissing.
Looks better than their other signing Rudy IMO.

Watching from the start of the 2nd half and Hamburg really sucks. They can't create a single chance. It's even worse than Munich yesterday vs. Cologne. They created nothing in the 2nd half so far.

Petric with the 1-1. Great goal from distance. Can't understand why Petric isn't a starter anyway. Dude is the best striker Hamburg has. Better than Guerrero and van Nistelrooy (at this stage of his career).
