Matt hardy WWE Issues

Post#1 » by 5th pick sucks » Wed Sep 15, 2010 5:08 am

WWE star Matt Hardy is not backstage at today's SmackDown! television taping in Detroit, Michigan. You all know by now that he was sent home by World Wrestling Entertainment officials after an incident backstage during Saturday's SmackDown live event in Minehead, England.

Regarding the possibility of WWE cutting ties with Hardy altogether, he is "on very thin ice," according to a reliable source within the company.

It is said that Hardy's saving grace from termination was WWE's fear of a Hardy Boys revival in rival promotion TNA Wrestling, but after Saturday's backstage incident weekend and subsequent video blog, the feeling is that they don't care much about keeping him under their auspices anymore.

Despite Hardy's claim that he wasn't taken off the road, a company spokesman confirmed the story to Newsday today.

Well, at least the Hardyz will be more balanced if Matt goes to TNA. With the shape he's in right now, he can be Anvil to Jeff's Bret.

What "backstage incident"? He ate Tyson Kidd, didn't he?

LO'fn'L!!

I honestly wouldn't care where Matt Hardy goes. He's boring these days and has been for a while.

If he looses the weight, which he could no problem in due time and goes to TNA. They would have one heck of a tag team division. It's already solid but it would be even crazier.

Then they'd just need E&C and they could move from the mid 90s to the early 2000s!

The last thing TNA should do is hire more nostalgia acts.

Good riddance to Matt Hardy I say. He looks depressing out there.

He's been well below par for a long time. The last thing he did of any relevance was take on Jeff, which was a good match. Before that, it was version 1.0, which was pretty funny. Matt and his Mattitude Followers (MF'ers), and the little factoids they put up on the titantron during his entrance were hilarious.

Dude, obviously they're not as good as they were but they can still work. If Matt looses the weight that is. Better then some of the crap you see today.

It's more of a philosophical issue. TNA has got to stop dragging tag-teams/wrestler back from the grave. It's as if they're looking like WWE's little on purpose.

I think you need to look at each team/wrestler individually. Elijah Burke/The Pope, Matt Morgan and although I'm not his biggest fan Mr. Anderson are all guys who've done really good things for TNA.

I don't know if bringing Matt Hardy would be a good idea. I was a big Hardy fan at various points, but based on his tweets he seems to be teetering on the brink of sanity and so I really don't know how stable he is.

But I think there are definitely WWE tag teams that if TNA signed I'd be thrilled with. If they signed Paul London and re-formed London and Kendrick, and/or signed Haas and Benjamin I'd be very happy with that as well.

Matt Hardy commented via Twitter:

* Here’s a quick hello to all my people & a reassurance to everyone that I’m fine, healthy, & in good spirits. Thx for all of your support.

* When the time is right, I’ll put everything out there as far as what “really” went down. I know I have to protect me & my brand, & I will.

* I appreciate my fans so much that I’ll always be honest with them, & the whole story certainly isn’t out there now.

* I appreciate all of the things the WWE has done 4 me in the past, they have been gracious to me-but now, it’s decision time for me. Thx all.

More evidence he is leaving??? :sigh:

comment from paul london

"Matt Hardy, he's definitely one of those guys who's very phony to his fanbase. I think he tells them what he thinks they want to hear so they continue to kiss his ***. But he's very much one of those guys who won't even take his sunglasses off to talk to somebody, like if he ran into a fan at an airport or something like that. It's disgusting. When the camera's on you and people are watching, of course they're going to be fan friendly and 'I love my fans! Hey!' and all that stuff. But when it gets down to it, they couldn't be nastier about their fans and talk nastier about their fans. And it's not just that goof, but most of those guys."

Does anyone have a picture of Fat Hardy? I heard there is one out there with him and christian from the eurotour and he looks huge.

I say, see ya later. The dude hasn't put on a good match in ages. Let him go to TNA.

Why do you care about Matt Hardy? What has he possibly done in the past few years you've been watching that you're going to miss.?

And if you're such a matt hardy mark, this could be a good thing. Cause then he will get into shape and go to tna where you might be able to see him perform a good match with his brother.

It's pretty sad when people make fun of Matt hardy's weight when they have no idea what he's been through. (Jeff on the other hand is a crackheaded bum) He can't even eat red meat anymore, and his intestines collapsed last year. His digestive system is screwed up which is why he gained so much weight. Apparently he's been hitting the gym and losing weight the last couple weeks since he found out he couldn't eat red meat. It's pretty pathetic how people **** on him for no reason
