Chris... Henry?

The guy is an idiot but he has talent. The Bengals let him go I believe, who here would like the Bears to take a chance on him?

We already had our Tank Johnson. I doubt the Bears take a chance on him although I would be for it.

That was my first thought.

You've got to be pretty far down there on the character scale for the Bengals to cut you.

It's clearly a five strike rule with Cinci. You get arrested five times in one year, you're out.

I thought it was that if you commit a felony, it has to be one of those really naughty ones to get punished. Lame ones like robbery, arson, rape, or murder don't require any backlash.

Wish we still had Tank. I'm not a fan of cutting players because of their actions off the field in general. I'd take a look at a guy absent a felony conviction that would hamper his ability to be at practice or on the field.

Isn't this guy on house arrest currently? How's he supposed to take offers from other teams when the state won't let him leave his house?

There is no way in hell the Bears make a move to get Henry. The guy has talent but he is facing a very long suspension from the NFL. I don't think he will play a single down next season.

He could even be facing a lifetime suspension. He has messed up too many times.

Return to Chicago Bears
