Eh, I was in a game in Tucson last year I know a few people down there. Sooooooooooo different than a Big 10 game. 90% of the students are coasties with all kinds of money.

Agreed.

Not sure if USC covers despite how bad Minnesota is, because USC isn't that great either.

Iowa covers.

Texas covers.

Is Michigan State at home? Either way I think they cover.

Minnesota almost covers only losing by 15. Tennessee is a little over 3 minutes away from covering. Just don't give up any more points and Tennessee will cover.

Jake Locker went 4-20 for 71 yds with a TD and 2 INTs. I know Nebraska has a good defense but I would expect a potential 1st round pick to perform much better than that.

Potential #1 overall pick too. Just like Andrew Luck, I never got the hype around Locker.

Late score and Minny covers. FLA covering depends on what number you've got. They were -13.5 before kickoff.

Minnesota only lost by 11. My college roommate put a 100 on USC to win by 12+ and the Gophers last second TD screwed him over, pretty hilarious.

I was using the numbers from earlier in the thread since those were the numbers I based my predictions on.

Wow. Michigan State beats Notre Dame in overtime on a fake field goal, 34-31.

Iowa getting dominated by Arizona. 24-7, Arizona also fumbled inside the red zone which could've led to another score.

I doubt we will see a more ballsy call than that all weekend. That was a fantastic finish because I hate Notre Dame.

Loved seeing ND go down like that and the confused look on Kelly's face. Priceless. Love seeing Iowa get killed too.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

If Iowa loses we'll move up to #10 which is a joke. Although someone below us could leapfrog, that makes some sense the way we played today.

But who could possibly leapfrog us that played that much better?

Arkansas beat Georgia in Georgia 31-24 in Georgia. South Carolina beat Furman 38-19. Utah beat New Mexico 56-14. LSU beat Mississippi State 29-7. Auburn needed overtime to beat Clemson at home. USC beat Minnesota by 11. Michigan beat UMass by 5.

That's 11-20 in the rankings. The only one you can make a case for is Arkansas, but I'm guessing Arkansas wasn't missing their top two receivers, their top defensive player or at least top linebacker for sure and I don't know how long Watt was out, but he got hurt too and missed some snaps.

Epic, epic chokejob by Arizona. Now tied at 27 after Arizona blocks the extra point.

This pretty much sums it up, even though our win wasn't impressive, there were a lot of other teams that had very unimpressive wins as well, really outside of the top 5 or so no one blew out their opponent so I'll take the win and be glad we didn't lose like Iowa.
