Lock games like this always make me nervous. Love the home opener and all the alumni on the field at halftime. I'm leaving at 6 and will be up there by 8. Go Pack Go.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I have a feeling this one stays close until the 3rd quarter. At which point, we will pull out the old Billy Baroo (e.g., 76-yard Donald Driver end-around TD), build some momentum for week 3, and right a few wrongs.

(Wayne Laravee on the call):
"I-right, double tight, ball on the Packers' 43. Jackson deep with Johnson at fullback. Swain's the lone receiver up top. Hard count, motion. Hand to Jackson, follows a block from Swain, bounces to---breaks a tackle at the 5--SPINS inside for--stiff arm on Whitner and puts it into gear at the 40, 37--SWAIN knocks Youbouty on his can to open it up--lateral to Tauscher--Touchdown Packers!"

Hopefully Clay Matthews doesn't hurt any of their running backs so we can trade for Lynch next week. Maybe he can hurt all of their TEs so we can just trade Donald Lee straight up for Lynch. :)

Colledge is go to start (which means we hopefully see a lot of Bulaga filling in at tackle)

Is today the beginning of the Nance era?

Greg_A_Bedard

So new RB Dimitri Nance is active.

Also, anybody remember the last home game against the Bills? It was right around Christmas in 2002, it was in the 20s with a ton of wind so neither offense could do much. Buffalo's punter had like an 80 yard punt. I was watching that game in a bowling alley with my dad's side of the family, they were all freaking out when Buffalo was driving because the Packers only had a 3 point lead. I said don't worry, Darren Sharper will intercept a pass 5 yards in the endzone. Sure enough, Darren Sharper intercepts a pass 5 yards into the endzone. Best prediction ever.

From Chris Mortenson:

Packers & Bills could revisit on Marshawn Lynch after they play; Bills wants a starter, plus a draft pick. Bills covet a starting OL

Yep, he ran it out, got to the 2 yard line (instead of taking the touch back), and got injured.

If we are trading TJ Lang for Marshawn Lynch, then I am immediately disappointed in the trade. We have very little depth at tackle if we move Lang.
