Are voters limited to how many times they can choose a particular player?

I knew it was rookies. It's more impressive that it's unrestricted voting because Lazar received some recognition in the entire rookie class rather than him being considered leftovers.

Last year http://www.nba.com/2009/news/features/john_schuhmann/08/14/rookiesurvey/index.html

Who will be the 2009-10 Rookie of the Year?

2. Jonny Flynn, Minnesota -- 12.9 percent

Others receiving votes: DeMar DeRozan (TOR), Tyreke Evans (SAC), Brandon Jennings (MIL), James Johnson (CHI)

One player actually signed his name for his answer like he was signing an autograph. You have to admire his belief in himself, but of course, that vote didn't count.

I think it's safe to assume it was Jennings

Which rookie is most ready to contribute right away?
2. Jonny Flynn, Minnesota -- 17.1 percent

Which rookie will have the best career?
2. Jonny Flynn, Minnesota -- 11.8 percent

Which rookie is the most athletic?
4. Jonny Flynn, Minnesota -- 5.9 percent

Which rookie is the best shooter?
3. Wayne Ellington, Minnesota -- 5.9 percent

Which rookie is the best playmaker?
1. Jonny Flynn, Minnesota -- 40.0 percent

"He plays like he's been playing in the league already. He's got that whole swagger about him."

And then Rambis showed up and shot that all to hell.
When luck shuts the door skill comes in through the window.
