I go on that forum from time to time and mostly read. Not a huge football fan, I just catch Jet games when I get the chance, so I usually don't have an expert opinion to add to the convo there lol

Giants will probably lose every division game you say? Giants don't do anything well as a football team you say?

Except you're wrong. The Giants are still a playoff team and will be the playoffs. They were outplayed against a team that has lost at home twice in six years. It's a 16 week season.

Yep especially since that division look sooo overrated now. Dallas is confused, The Eagles are starting the wrong QBs and the Giants and Redskins have terrible pass defense.

So whats there to base the games on? If week one means nothing, week 2 means nothing, then lets just wait until week 17 to do any talking? I base on games and not on ignorant opinion.

Believe it or not the pass D was fine tonight. The problem was the run D. We set up all game to play the pass so they just ran the ball all over us.

The Giants got beat at the point of attack on both sides of the ball. Nothing you can do when the DT's get pushed 5 yards back and the OT's get left in the dust. The good news is, we can fix the DT problem (play Joseph) and the OT problem (play Andrews).

just out of curiosity. since we live in the world of what have you dont for me LATELY. the giants did NOT make the playoffs last year. and still have the same problems with their team that they had last year.
so what makes you think that 1, STILL are a playoff team when they didnt make the playoffs last year. and what makes you think the WILL make the playoffs this year

Still as in they were a playoff caliber team to start the year and a playoff caliber team now. One game doesn't change that. They addressed the secondary and it is now a strength, and they addressed the DC spot. Our O was fine last year, and our D was abysmal. Now the D is one of the top in the league, even if you include this game. Don't be surprised to see them as a top 5 d by the end of the year.

Nah Nah Nah. The Jets got beat by a point off silly miscues and mistrust in Sanchez. This was a reaming. The pick, The sack fumble. The Giants needed to have a shootout to win. Unfortunately they had no ammo.

what ever term floats your boat....untill that happens, there shouldn't be much bragging....again, its sad because the Jets this year received more media coverage than any other team that hasn't reach the superbowl.

Well because 1. Rex Ryan has that type of swag where he can draw crowds. 2. The Jets were the most active team this off season. 3. They play in the biggest meia market in America. 4. Hard Knocks.
