I think that it is pretty clear that Beno and Reke are the backcourt starters because Garcia has proven to be effective as a 6/7 man in the past.

Even if Cousins outplays Daly in camp, he still will start at the beginning of the season because Westphal knows that rookie bigs get shafted with bad calls and he will not want him to get frustrated/learn bad habits/whine like JT did his first season and a half.

As far as the SF PF goes it comes down to two things. First size matchups. Westphal can negate Carl's size disadvantage by using Greene next to him who can match PF's. Casspi provides a surer shooting stroke from range (3) and is slightly shorter than Donte and thus works better with a Daly/Cousins and JT 5/4.
