trades Thabeet, Henry, Jaric and Conley Thabeet has potential but if Memphis is serious about resigning Gasol he is redundant, Henry is a 1st potential who knows but not likely to see playing time with Mayo, Jaric is back in Europe just a salary, Conley hasn't fit with Memphis.
NJ gets Melo & Conley
gives Outlaw, Harris, Hump, Favors, 2011 1st Outlaw is expendable with Melo, Harris is a loss but need to give something to get Melo, Favors looks good who knows, if NJ improves a 20 plus 1st
Denver Gets Favors, Henry, Thabeet, Jaric and NJ 1st mixed bag Favors 3rd in 2010, Henery 12th 2010, Thabeet 2nd 2009, and 1st Jaric just makes it work

And Jaric's contract was bought out and can't be moved. The Grizz have already paid him, he's playing in Spain and that deal is locked into this season's payroll and will fall off after the season.
