It's just a pattern, no big deal. The San Diego picture looks like two planes about to bomb a swastika to me lol

It was really the White guy's tie. Scott spilled coffee on his original tie (which ironically had a black-power fist on it).

There is a "reverse swastika" symbol which means something else. I dunno which one is on Byron's tie though.

WEll I don't think people are making a big deal out of it-I think most people think he probably didn't realize the design. Still its sort of surprising.

As other people have pointed out, there have been many variations of the Swastika symbol through history. The one employed by the Nazis, for example, was actually a Buddhist religious symbol.

It's a hilarious but presumably innocent oversight, but seriously, how many people saw that tie and didn't say anything. Boss or not, the first thing I'd probably say is "Are those swastikas on your tie?" Really funny as the ever image conscious Stern fashion polices the league.
