They have exclusive NBA licenses so they are privy to info like jersey/logo designs which includes courts and that kind of thing. They pay the NBA a ton of money to become distributors of the NBA product so they are on the inside track.

I don't think there was any connection to the actual jerseys.

God I can't wait for the first home preseason game. Just have to see all the new stuff in action. It's amazing how all this can breathe new life and passion into the organization and fans.
