Thanks for the idea. That's what I'm pulling together too. I also make a couple homemade dips. For drinks people can either drink ginger beer, Beast Ice, magaritas or something with vodka or tequila.

Ground turkey is the bomb.

Also, if you are going to do tequila, you should give this stuff a go: (IT IS AMAZING!)

Oh Cazadores... SO GOOD! Once I was sitting at the bar with a friend of mine discussing the Bucks and 'Fear the Deer' came up. Then we saw it... The bottle, the deer head... THE SWEET DELICIOUS BOOZE INSIDE. I approached the bartender and asked her politely for two shots of the 'deer head' and she looked at me funny before telling me that it is Cazadores and it is tequila. I told her I hate tequila and think it is garbage, but I would try it because it had a giant deer head on it... She brought the shots over and we exchanged stupid ass jokes about fearing the deer and how Bogut and Jennings would enjoy this drink... Then we raised the drinks up, clanked the two shot glasses together and then we took the shots down.

Then, after all was set and done... I consumed the shot and was forever mezmorized by the greatness that is Cazadores.

Perhaps the greatest moment in the history of my life.

I'm having chicken primavera I think. Nothing fancy; not typical football food. No Packer party for me tonight. I know, sad.

What's everyone got today? I went w/ the pulled pork suggestion from last week but making carnitas. Still have nacho stuff left over so I'll probably keep with the theme and slow cook some chicken breast in a carnita sauce, shred it up and throw it on some nachos again. Mojitos to drink.

My menu today starts and stops with The Ultimate Bloody Mary at Tailgates in EC.

Today is chili... Think I'm going to get some dogs too, with some shredded cheese and onions so I can make me some chili dogs. :D

You convinced me. I'm making BBQs but I picked up hot-dogs to go with it. Should be interesting, I substituted ground turkey for all the meat. Even the dogs. I've done that with burgers and soup but never BBQ or dogs.

Substituting poultry for all red meat/pork products is a fairly easy transition. Sams Club has some awesome chicken sausages that are 100 calories each IIRC. Many different flavors to choose from too. I actually prefer turkey burgers to beef at this point. Most hot dogs have turkey in them already, and really they're all about the spices thrown in. I do chili with turkey, tacos with shredded chicken, etc...
Please reconsider your animal consumption.

My gameday menu today is Chinese food from Silver Dragon, by far my favorite Chinese food in the Milwaukee area.

Not sure what we are ordering yet as I made a big breakfast of eggs, sausage, toast, etc... so not ordering until halftime and my sister that is in from Madison and only a casual football fan is going to pick it up.
