I really hope I am wrong and we are justplaying it safe not rushing him into preseason games just for sure and it is nothing serious. But I am worried.

Don't be, not just yet.

Just remember that the Knicks had one of the best PnR pairs in the league with their main starting point guard as Chris Freaking Duhon.

You can get by if you've got a good enough roll-man.

We're worried because he's hurt and also because DJ is our starting point guard. We don't have a "roll-man"

And the Knicks stunk when Duhon was their point guard...

Yeah I'm not sure what that's supposed to mean to us, we don't have David Lee.

I saw Shaun was dressed and on the bench tonight. Are we just being overly cautious with this guy or is he still hurt?

He had that magical shot over a week ago that was meant to make him right for the next 6 months. How long does it take for that bad boy to kick in?

He HAS to get out on the court before the season starts to get a feel of what's what with his team mates.

Start using Wallace and start looking to trade for a roll man. Mid-season moves can totally change an entire season.

Ah, but not offensively. They didn't have any balance APART from what Duhon and Lee were doing, remember, but they were still 17th overall and were actually sitting right ON the league-average ORTG (107.6 points per 100 possessions) despite not having a reliable scoring threat apart from Lee.

Their problem wasn't offense (Harrington and Galinari shot well enough that it didn't matter TOO much). Their problem was that they gave up nearly 112 points per 100 possessions and were the 4th-worst defensive team in the league, so you kind of have to separate out those factors.

i just wish the team would give us a better idea about what is going on with livingston. if this was regular season, could he play? if this was game 7 of a series, could he play? or his he nowhere near playing regardless?

if he doesnt play on opening night, we have a serious problem.

collins is nowhere near ready for the nba.

I think we'll have to see collins play some minutes before we make that leap, it's not fair to him.
