Who to keep: Jeff Teague or Amir Johnson?

Post#1 » by farkingidiot » Wed Oct 6, 2010 7:00 pm

I'm in a keeper league and I'm down to my last slot. At first blush, I say Amir. The orgamization committed a chunk of money on him, so he should get good minutes, if not start, and I think he's on the border of being a very solid fantasy player, buuuut,

I think Teague is pretty promising. Despite the committment to work him into the rotation, what does that REALLY mean with Crawford still around? CAn he get any kind of meaningful minutes?

I just can't decide. Arguements for either player?

I like Teague...there is a good chance he'll be the starting PG for the Hawks in a year, and that means you'll have a starting PG for a team with a lot of offensive weapons. The answer really depends on who your other keepers are though.

Amir is a buster. You'll be lucky to get 20mpg from him before he fouls out.

Useless player in fantasy.
