3 players cut, Roster stands at 15

The Clippers waived Stephen Dennis, Jon Scheyer and Jake Voskuhl. The Clippers training camp roster now stands at 15.

I'm a little disappointed about Dennis being waived so soon. I was hoping to get a glimpse of him next week. Warren & Davis should play either Tuesday or Thursday, so we'll be able to get a better look at our regular season roster. We may stay at 15 or one of Warren/Blakely may be the final cut.

Im kinda hoping 15 stands as i like both Warren and Blakely. One would'nt be active if the roster stood at 15 though would they? at least then if an injury occured, we could use them.

15 players is the max amount of players that a team can have under contract under normal circumstances. In a game, 12 players can be active, while 3 will be on the inactive list. The players on the active/inactive lists can change from game to game to accommodate a team's needs for that particular game.

Would be better off sending them to dleague to get some game time than to ride the pine doing nothing.

I'm surprised that we made cuts so soon. I'm hoping that the roster stands as is.
