The Raptors will have some strong patches of games and actually look like something. Then there will be the tinkering followed by massive losing streaks. They will sell at the deadline and have the 4th overall pick. Boston wins it all in an odd Old Shaq vs. Kobe drama. Sheed comes out of retirement for the playoffs. Heat find themselves behind the Celtics, Lakers, Magic when all is said and done due to aging depth, injuries and lack of a physical match-up down low. Chicago makes no real progress despite a couple of tweaks.
