Post#1 » by atribecalledrch » Tue Oct 19, 2010 1:42 am

Does anyone still watch it? I mean me personaly I just wanted to actually see a WS title in NY and I saw it last year but I just dont care abt it anymore. Baseball has become 3rd fiddle to NBA and NFL. I mean how much ppl are watching the game now?

i was a yankee fan, then i stopped being a fan after they decided to buy giambi's ****; i became a met fan. the mets totally killed any love for the game i had for it. i don't follow it anymore.

mickey use to be my fav player of all time even though i was even a thought in when he was doing his thing.

So you switch baseball teams but somehow stuck with the Knicks over a decade of absolute garbage?

Baseball is a sport I watch during the summer lull of no other major sports being played. Right now Knicks and Jets are keeping me busy. Yankees just doesn't seem to have it this postseason.

Then you soon realized suck was the Mets way & lost all interest.

Sounds like you made the right choice switching teams

After the giants lost to to the ravens in the superbowl i lost interest for a few years so I get what you mean but I never thought of leaving the Giants. Its interesting that you didnt switch to the Nets considering their success in the first half of the 2000's.
