I think this will be a relatively boring season....but I still think they are going to finish with a top 4 record in the East. I would go with the over.

We've been unnaturally healthy the last few years and they're trying to implement a new offense. Add to that the trust issues in the roster and the uncertainties of the looming labor problems and I'll take the under but not by much. Barring massive injuries, I still think we're a playoff team.
Too close to bet, I'd rather look for value lines elsewhere.

Azur- My book has it at 46.5 as well though its at -120. I had penciled in 47 or 48 which isn't enough margin for me to actually take that bet.

Listened to the Bill Simmons podcast for over/under. They (Simmons and Joe House) both went over on the Hawks. They didn't call it a lock but they seemed fairly certain on the pick.
