Poor Rangers, they could easily be up 3-0 right now and be one win from the World Series.

Cliff Lee is quickly putting up a postseason of postseasons....a la Koufax, Gibson.

Amazing stuff last night, again.

Other than a few innings, the Rangers have absolutely dominated this series...it almost feels like the Yankees have been swept.

This reminds me of the Pistons over the Lakers in 04. Lakers basically showed up for 1.5 quarters at the end of Game 2 to steal that one and everyone thought they'd roll from there, but it's been all but a sweep otherwise

Yanks find some life.

Could be a good series now.

Well atleast Nick Swisher can calm down and not have to talk about Cliff Lee. Seriously tho, congrats to the Rangers I'll be rooting for them regardless of who they are against.

Congratulations! I remember when the Twins won the World Series in '91 but that's the last time our state has one a professional championship, or any D-1 championship for that matter.

so what's the payroll gonna be next year Yankee fans? Its around 210 million right now, so lets add Lee, Werth or Crawford and Soriano or Downs, that'll be at least 275+ million along with extensions for Rivera and Jeter? and all it takes is another 50 million dollar team to throw that down the drain

Same. I'm just going to have to wait several more years.

Congrats studdy. I can't even describe how glad I am that the Yankees lost.

You can't get a better result than this. Small market team who's had 40 years of pain (50 counting Senators) beating the Yankees... just perfect

Calling Dallas a small market is like calling Chicago a small market.
