Bears vs Redskins

Post#1 » by The Explorer » Wed Oct 20, 2010 2:24 pm

Not feeling good about this one. Mike Martz and Jerry Angelo suck.

I'd rather have Mike Tice as the offensive coordinator at this point.

Can't wait to see more 10 step drops on their own 5 yard line.

...or 7 step drops on the edge of FG position so we can give up a sack and have to punt. That was awesome.

Cliff Levingston was at least week's game and will be at this one too. Cliff Levingston is expecting to get blown out with Cutler lucky to make it through the entire game.

Brian Orakpo could break the single game sack record. Isn't is 7 by Derrick Thomas? Definitely in jeopardy.

I think this will be the week that the O-Line steps up. I'm very happy that Webb is starting his 2nd game and I think he'll be at RT for years to come. I'm hoping that startling the same group in consecutive games starts the gelling process. That said, Martz has got to be smarter with the play calling - mix it up with some roll outs, draws, runs, slants to keep the defense honest. It won't help if Martz just has Cutler take 7 step drops and sit there looking for deep routes.

Martz has never done that in his career.

WTF? How awful does this team look? Two things. Chris Williams is HORRID... a total BUST. Sit his azzz down NOW and keep him on the bench (the rest of the OL is almost as bad)......... and what the hell is Martz thinking? We need to establish some semblance of a running game or this BS will continue. We may be the worst coached team in the league.

Martz needs to call QUICK developing plays... none of this 5 and 7 step drop garbage.

The Bears are 0-27 in their last 27 3rd down tries. Go Bears!

We have one first down and we're averaging 1.1 yards per play. This offense is so ****ing terrible.

The Bears haven't converted a 3rd down since the 2nd quarter of the Packer game.

Wow, great play by Cutler to hang in there and make a great throw to Knox for the TD.

This is going to be the worst 5-2 team in NFL history if we win.
