We didnt just beat Denver last year. We DESTROYED them. We messed with their head so bad that Carmelo is wanting to run. This all happened during the playoffs. Whats better then beating a division rival in the playoffs? How about beating them so bad the team leader is quiting, and the team is starting over.

Utah won 4-2, Denver lost one game by 3, had two important players injured, had no head coach, but did have a Jazz legend "leading" Denver. That's not even close to destruction. If anything, the Jazz should have won by more. And it's completely delusional to think the Jazz has anything to do with Melo wanting to leave Denver. But hey, if it makes you sleep better at night, keep believing silly things.

I'm expecting Utah to win this game. Nene has a cafe injury, Harrington is hopefully coming back, Kmart and Birdman are still out, and Sheldon Williams is starting for Denver. Ely should get a lot of minutes. That's the worst front court in the NBA.

If you dont think Melo wanting to leave after being ousted by a team missing 2 of its starters, when he was supposed to be the team to challenge the lakers. yea remember last year, everyone said that the Enver Nuggets were going to be the team to give the Lakers the most trouble, but they got ousted in the first round.

Funny, I don't seem to remember many Nuggets fans thinking that at the time...

Come to think of it, I don't think hardly anyone expected the Jazz to win that series.

I feel pretty confident in saying that we destroyed Denver in that series...seems like the Nuggets fans are still bitter about it. Also, if Denver would have won the series I guarantee you Melo wouldn't be nearly as upset as he is right now. Maybe you guys should go watch his post-game interviews again to remind yourselves...but whatever. Good luck with the game/season fellas.

"Carmelo's people of Utah" thought he would win for sure... I saw the advertisement stating as much.

Are you talking about the media experts who don't know anything? Every knowledgeable Nuggets fan knew the Nuggets were in trouble. AD was absolutely the worst coach I've even seen coaching... wait, calling what he was doing coaching would have been generous. I knew the Nuggets were at a huge disadvantage when it was AD vs Sloan.

Whose bitter? Correcting outrageous statements doesn't make one bitter. Destroyed would have been a sweep or one loss. Not 2 losses and one close win.

If I remember those correctly, Melo was unhappy at the effort of some of his team mates. Thought some quit. Which appeared obvious. It had nothing to do with the Jazz, but the fact Billups was trying to coach and was ignoring AD, some of the assistant coaches were trying to coach, AD.. was.. I dunno. It was chaos.

If the coaching situation was improved (AD is back) and Kmart and Birdman weren't still out, Melo may not be as upset. Then again, if you can believe the rumors, he wants out because his wife wants out.

Good luck to y'all as well.

What better way to start the season than with a win over the Nuggets?

Jazz: 102

Nuggets: 89

You know, the more I read these type of posts, the more I fear losing this game. I believe the odds are against us so we are "supposed" to lose this game. So tonight, we are going "against all odds" to see what we can do!! :D

(I'm in a anti-letdown mode, and also a fail safe against trolls should we lose ;))

BTW, Go Jazz!!! :D

Anyone know where I can watch a free stream of this?

Living JUST outside regional coverage blows.
