looking forward to see what we have in this team. a lot depends on jj's development as well as sessions coming off the bench.

the last couple years it's been all about getting through the season as fast as possible so the playoffs could get here and as a result, i probably only caught about 20 regular season games because they just didn't matter (and were really boring with the drubbings and the coasting through 3/4th of the game). obviously, you'd rather have championship aspirations, but this season should be interesting and i'm looking forward to catching as many games as possible

I took a hiatus. I had got frustrated by how such things could be allowed in this world but I'm back now. Excited by what the future can hold, we start this season now without The Chosen One (smh). I have a lot of optimism for this team even though the rest of the NBA and fans don't. It takes alot to be a sports fan and Cleveland and over the years, you guys have been the most optimistic wonderful people in the world. I'm a proud born Ohioan and even though we've faced punch to the gut after punch to the gut; at the beginning of each season, we're all right there watching and anticipating on a great season.

Ok I'm glad I got that out the way. Addressing this Cavs Team and the game for tomorrow. But first, Looking at this Heat game tonight. The Heat outside of Wade and Bosh look worse than the Cavs honestly. Only an idiot leaves a 60 win team. I'm glad he's gone because all he did was pound the rock into the floor. No ball movement whatsoever. It's going to be interesting to see if egos grow sour over the course of the season.

This Cavs Team I think has a nice young core that I think they can build something right off of right now. I don't expect Mo and Antawn to be on this team after the Trade Deadline and they need to capitalize on at least getting some helpful picks. I think Byron Scott's offensive system is gonna keep the Cavs into the game tomorrow. We can tell that the Celtics are aging and they're Transitional D is their weakest aspect in their team. It should be a good game tomorrow nonetheless. I'm excited for what the future may bring

GO CAVS!!!

Not on opening night. Standing O for the home team. However if anyone is behind the C's bench tomorrow definitely give them all a big thank you from us Cavs fans.

Just noticed that the Cavs have played the Celtics in the opener for 3 straight seasons. LeBron did as well.. Lost all 3 games.

Let's not forget Cavs also lost to Celtics 2 out of last 3 series in the playoffs, LeBron might not be as fortunate.

WOW! When you actually see it in print like that, you realize how bad the Cavs starting lineup is. I'm anxious to watch the Hickson / Garnett match-up.

As bad as the starting 5 looks, at least we're deep enough to have Jamison and Sessions come off the bench!

That's exactly what I thought when I glance at our starters. We've still got a decent amout of depth on this team. More than most teams actually.
Of course our starters aren't going to be as good as most teams, but lets hope the system brings out their best.

Windhorst just tweeted that Mo Williams is questionable for tonight.

I'm excited to see Byron Scott's Cavs but damn it does kinda suck to see weak sauce still in the starting lineup. Hope to see alot of Sessions and Boobie tonight.

Why is Windhore still tweeting about the Cavs? I thought he was LeQuit's personal beat writer.

As much as i was cheering for Boston last night it would be wonderful to start the season with a win, also very possible. This guys might be good, but they are very old and back to backs are going to be rough for them.

I still dont like most of the guys on their team, but it felt good to cheer for them for one night. So... Yea, thanks Boston for beating LePippin, but now you must die! There is no way they should get cheers tonight. They are still the opponent and we are still proud fans of our franchise. The Celtic fans shouldnt even want our support tonight. Lets start this season off right!

Funny thing is he has 2 twitter accounts, one for the Cavs one for LeBron-Heat. well he's just earning some money to feed his family, can't blame the man.

Someone else took over the Plain Dealer Twitter account if you're referring to that one.
