It must be something about Rambis's halftime routine. I have a feeling he has them just sit down all half, thus they get cold and come out flat.

Keep them moving Rambis, even just passing and dribbling in the dressing room.

1). Gather them, talk to them about the half

2). Get them moving, nothing strenuous but at least moving and keeping the blood flowing

3). Regather them just before going back out and reiterate what you said at the start of the break.
