Didnt mean to hijack the inactive thread. Price should have earned the b/u spot, which I think he did, maybe the ORG wants to showcase TJ's capabilities. There really is no better way to avoid exposing his deficiencies, he is not shouldering the burden, so maybe he can replicate what he did in Toronto.
Eventually we'll need to do the same with Dahntey. And since we're talking the Pacers there will be a lot of shuffling guys back-n-forth.

^^^ I really hope that's why T.J. is starting over A.J., to showcase him. AJ had a great preseason and had a solid rookie season last year. Plus, TJ is just coming off an injury and seems to always have a room reserved in JOB's doghouse. Just one more thing I don't understand about JOB.

Hmmm, confused why TJ is ahead of AJ. AJ earned his minutes in preseason I thought, plus TJ is coming of an injury which I am not sure has healed yet.
Guess TJ is playing against a Texas team and he is a longhorn.

Re: So who is inactive?
Making TJ fall in for DC is one of the few tactical choices from Obie I actually like.
First, he is the better player.
Second, it would only increase his trade value.
Based on our first game, I expect D Jones to show up a lot in street clothes.
Solomon Jones might end up there as well when Foster will be ready to backup Hibbert at center.
Apparently, he ain't ready yet?
For the last place on the bench, I feel Stephenson might take it during season. If he can keep his focus (and agression) on basketball.

Re: So who is inactive?
we all missed a rule. turns out Rush counts as active and we still need to sit three. Jones and Stevenson were no surprise. Price sitting was. Foster not being in the rotation was a big surprise. Hansbrough not playing was a small surprise although maybe it was the Duncan matchup that had him playing behind Posey and Solo.

As bas as Solo was, Foster looked even worse in the preseason. Jeff could be ready, but maybe he just isn't good.
