How do u guys rate this team?

Shall i drop Tyson Chandler for Ronny Turiaf since Turiaf is probably a more efficient shot-blocker??
But i guess Tyson Chandler has more rebounds on average...so what is needed more? blocks or rebounds??

Whats the strengths and weaknesses of this team?

Shall i trade D.J. Augustin and Tyson Chandler for Jarrett Jack and Spencer Hawes?

I was unare that Turiaf was a better blocker than Chandler? Besides, Chandler is a starter, keep him.
